Fringe Salon is a boutique hair salon and art gallery located on the 5th floor of the Bok Building in the heart of South Philly.

For nearly 20 years, Fringe Salon has evolved to become a place where anyone in the community can come and get their hair done while enjoying a chill, friendly, artistic atmosphere. We are thrilled to be a part of the growing Bok Community! We love that our clients can “one stop shop” in a place that has such a variety of offerings and events from the very talented makers in our city.

We are located on the 5th floor in a former Philadelphia High School, in the heart of South Philly. Enter through the 9th Street doors, take an immediate right to find the stairs and elevator and head on up to the 5th floor! We are in room 505.
